"Stayed at OZO Hotels President Amsterdam Airport on June 26, 2026. The air conditioning in our room did not work for the entire stay. We reported it to the front desk and asked for any kind of help — even just a fan. Staff told us there was nothing they could do: no fan available, no other room offered, no help at all. We were told the manager was aware of the situation but would not come speak to us and would not do anything about it. Every attempt to escalate went nowhere. From a hospitality standpoint, this told us everything we needed to know: when something actually goes wrong, there’s no one willing to help you. The facilities may look good, but that means nothing if the basics fail and the staff won’t lift a finger. I’d rather pay more to stay somewhere else than risk this again. My honest recommendation: don’t count on their support if anything goes wrong during your stay. On that dimension, don’t trust them."

"New hotel doesn't account to good service- this hotel is the best example for it. 1:We were made to wait for 45 minutes before we got the roon keys. 2:The AC in the room doesn't work and even after visiting the reception- again guy at reception told me someone will be there in the room in 10 minutes to fix. 3: waited for 45 minutes before checking in reception for AC issue - the staff responds saying he does not have time as there many issues at hotel and he is resolving one by one(at 12.15am) 4: I had to remind the staff i was withing my rights to complaint about the service as we had come from Switzerland only for layover and were travelling to Paris again at 7am and that they should fix the AC issue but he said there is nothing that he can do about it. 5: only when I said I will mentioning this on my online review he sent the same again guy to check on the AC 6: the Asian guy (using again again and again as I dont know his name and I am again too) clicked some setting on AC and said to call him after 30 mins to see if any changes in the AC so I need to be awake till 12.45am to confirm if the AC is working. 7: while his stint of 30 seconds working on AC buttons 3 to 4 times he addressed me as BRO .. I am not your BRO please hire staff who knows the meaning of hospitality and really want to cater to people not name sake staff available without experience because clearly he had no way or understanding to tackle my discomfort. I came with group tour of 40 people I will also write to the tour organiser about going so wrong about chosing such a hotel and I will discourage all people travelling in the group or travelling alone to avoid to stay in this hotel even someone gifted you for free."

"My stay at this hotel was very disappointing and did not meet expectations. We booked a suite with a balcony. While the room itself was generally acceptable, the balcony was not properly cleaned. There was a used glass with stagnant water and an ashtray full of cigarette butts left from previous guests. This immediately created a poor first impression. Even the coffee facilities in the room were very basic and did not reflect what was expected from a suite. From the moment we arrived, the reception experience was cold and unwelcoming. The attitude felt unprofessional, and we were not made to feel comfortable or valued as guests, despite booking a more expensive room category. Throughout our stay, basic information was not properly provided. We had to approach the reception several times just to receive simple directions to our room. Overall, the service felt unhelpful and indifferent. On one occasion, when asking where to buy a bottle of water, the response from reception was dismissive, suggesting we should drink tap water. Only after insisting were we told about a vending machine located elsewhere in the hotel. This contributed to an uncomfortable overall experience. Breakfast was also below expectations, with limited selection, inconsistent availability, and poor quality. It felt poorly managed and not aligned with the standard expected from the hotel. One additional issue was the refusal to add an additional guest name to the receipt. I was informed that this was not possible due to hotel policy. However, I was unable to find any reference to such a policy in the publicly available terms and conditions. Overall, although the room itself had potential, the service, atmosphere, and overall treatment significantly affected the stay. The experience felt cold, unwelcoming, and far below expectations for a hotel of this category. I would not recommend this hotel based on my personal experience."
