A four-star, fly-and-ride city base
Touch down and keep the momentum. This hotel sits in Hoofddorp, a short hop from Schiphol and a quick train ride to Amsterdam Centraal for canal wanders, museum marathons and cosy brown cafés. Fancy fresh air first? Stroll or cycle around Haarlemmermeerse Bos with its lake, woodland paths and Big Spotters Hill. Day trips are a breeze too – Haarlem’s gabled streets, Leiden’s courtyards and Zandvoort Beach are all on the rail map.
Back at base, everything’s set up for smooth sailing. There’s fast, free Wi-Fi, a friendly 24/7 reception, handy parking, and practical meeting spaces if you’re mixing business with play. Squeeze in a session in the fitness room, then reset for golden hour. The on-site restaurant plates easygoing European favourites at breakfast and dinner, while the bar handles coffees by day and well-earned nightcaps later.
Prefer a wander? Hoofddorp’s cafés and brasseries are nearby, and Schiphol’s food courts serve everything from ramen to stroopwafels. Head into town for Indonesian rijsttafel, canal-side burgers and the Foodhallen’s street-food stars. Whether it’s a swift stopover or a long weekend, this well-connected hub makes the Netherlands simple. Land, ride, explore, repeat – Amsterdam and the coast right at your fingertips.
