"Lovely stay nice room good facilities. To did not work and no bar at most times. Staff friendly and good location. Breakfast on the first morning lots of choice but the hot food was cold to warm. Next morning was much better. Good selection"

"I recently stayed at Amedia Hotel Amsterdam from and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Although I appreciated that the room was spacious, the shower was excellent, and the staff were friendly, the overall conditions of the hotel did not reflect the standard of a 4-star property. I noticed torn sofas, dirty cushions, stained walls, and even parts of the reception ceiling in poor condition. Cleanliness was below expectations, and the very limited dining options were a major inconvenience, especially since there are no cafés or restaurants nearby. For a hotel considered 4-stars and given the price I paid, I feel truly misled and unhappy with my stay. The value for money was simply not acceptable, and I would not return."

"The hotel looks nice, on arrival there were coaches of 40+ people trying to get into 1 small elevator as the other had been broken for at least a week, the one working lift was very slow, 2 days later there were no working lifts and being on the 5th floor the hotel offered no help in bring the bags down, until someone from group advised them that they should be helping others, get down the stairs, During the stay the service was terrible in the morning however staff working afternoon nights were generally helpful. The room itself was large, the bed was very comfortable, only room fault was mold in bathroom"
