"I would like to share my review of this terrifying hotel. First of all, the only advantage of this hotel is that it is close to the tram. That’s literally the only positive thing I can say. Other than that, the hotel has nothing but problems, especially when it comes to cleanliness. The rooms are extremely dirty, the bathroom has a leak, and there were strange insects inside the room. On top of that, the bed cover was already dirty from the moment I checked in. It was NOT caused by me — I found the room in this condition as soon as I checked in. Even the housekeeping staff did absolutely nothing about it. The beds and pillows are also extremely worn out and in very poor condition. Honestly, cleanliness seems to be the last thing this hotel cares about. They have no respect for their guests or for basic human dignity. I absolutely do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Please, everyone, be extremely careful and cautious when staying at this hotel, as it may put your health and safety at risk until these serious problems are properly addressed. I feel that I have to share my experience so that other people can be aware and avoid going through the same situation. From the outside, the hotel looks nice, but once you enter the rooms, there are serious problems. First of all, there are water leaks in several areas, especially in the bathroom. Many of the bathroom fixtures and facilities are broken and poorly maintained. The poor level of cleanliness was also obvious from the moment I first entered the bathroom. I found someone else’s hair next to the shower bottle, which was extremely disturbing and strongly suggested that the bathroom had not been cleaned properly before my arrival. But that is not all. We noticed a severe infestation of an insect that I initially did not know the name of. After researching it, I discovered that it was bed bugs, which can cause serious and unpleasant reactions. Unfortunately, I ignored the issue at first. However, after sleeping at the hotel for the first night, I woke up with redness and severe itching all over my body, and my body temperature was unusually high. When I went downstairs, I reported the problem to the reception, but they showed absolutely no concern or response. They treated me as if I were not even a human being. I told them that I did not want to stay at the hotel any longer because I needed to go to the hospital due to the insects in the room. However, they refused to take the matter seriously. Later, I discovered that this was not an isolated complaint. Many other guests had reported the exact same problem with bed bugs. I ended up suffering from the effects of these bed bug bites and having to receive treatment for around 10 days. Therefore, I strongly advise everyone NOT to stay at this hotel at all until these issues are completely resolved. The management appears extremely careless, and it seems that money is more important to them than the health and safety of their guests. Please be very careful and think twice before booking this hotel."

"A very bad and suspicious hotel. First, I left one of my sneakers in my room, and when I came back, I found that it had been moved. To my surprise, the sneaker had been deliberately damaged and punctured. I believe this may have been done by the housekeeping staff because their behavior was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. This is a very bad hotel. I went down to the reception, where the female receptionist basically told me that it was not their problem. When I expressed my frustration, she responded very arrogantly and even told me that I could find another hotel, without offering any refund or proper solution. A very, very bad experience. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. Please be careful and keep an eye on your belongings."
