"In all fairness the rooms are really nice, bathroom is lovely & has conditioner which is rare at a hotel for me, only criticism is the windows are very dirty & i think the breakfast is overpriced not many options for 15 euros per day in my opinion. I don’t think location is a problem as bus stops that lead to the city centre etc are easily accessible"

"We were particularly impressed by the excellence of the staff. The hotel itself was very comfortable and clean. The location was great. It is just a short walk from the 369 Schiphol Airport bus stop and from tram stops in the centre. The room was roomy and had a good coffee pod/ hotwater machine. The room we stayed in, 187, only had a view of the other side of the hotel; this didn't matter to us, as the hotel is in a quiet suburb of the city. Within a short walk were supermarkets, grocery stores, cafes and restaurants, a barber and a bicycle shop, But, what made this an excellent stay was the way the staff in Reception, the Breakfast room and the room cleaners were all very friendly, efficient and helpful. This is continued even when we accidentally left something in the taxi on the way to the airport at our departure; Lalla and Apostolos helped us to find the item and to have it couriered to our home in the UK."

"We were disgusted from when we arrived at the lobby to when we left. We slept one night because we arrived late but ON the covers due to hair on the pillows etc and the room being dirty. We were supposed to have 4 nights but left directly in the morning and did not receive a refund for the parking that we did not use for the remaining days. It was dirty, stained, dusty from floor to ceiling. I wouldn't even recommend it to people I hate to live there."
