"The location was convenient, about a 10-15 minute drive from the city center, but I had a few issues: 1. The room was extremely cold. Even with the thermostat turned all the way up, it was quite uncomfortable. The receptionists kindly provided an extra duvet when I requested one, but it still remained quite chilly. 2. The WiFi was terrible. It didn’t work on any of my devices, which was very inconvenient and a massive nuisance. 3. After a cold afternoon outside, I wanted to make a cup of tea when I got back to my room, but there was no milk and only two small sachets of sugar. When I asked at reception, they said they either didn’t have any milk or they don’t give it (I can’t remember which). I ended up having to go to a nearby petrol station to buy milk. It’s hard to understand how they can’t provide such a basic amenity. Aside from that, the room was okay, and the hotel looked decent, but I wouldn’t choose to stay there again."
