I have stayed in many hotels around the world, including five-star ones, but here I felt even better. In this hotel I truly felt like part of a family that sincerely cared about me and my needs. I traveled with my handbike, and the hotel administration kindly allowed me to park it inside. They not only cared for me and my sister, but even helped fix my wheelchair when needed! That level of support goes far beyond what you usually expect from a hotel. Warm atmosphere, sincere hospitality, and incredible staff — you are the best!
