"Unfortunately, an experience well below expectations. The cleanliness of the property was practically non-existent, an unacceptable aspect for any hotel. Equally disappointing was the attitude of the reception staff: throughout the entire stay, every time I entered or left, I greeted them politely without ever receiving a greeting in response. A small gesture of courtesy that should represent the basis of hotel hospitality. Cleanliness, hospitality, and attention to the guest are fundamental elements that, unfortunately, seem to be completely neglected in this property. An experience I do not feel I can recommend."

"Rooms are extremely simple. No closet or dresser with drawers in the room. Hang clothes on metal bar provided. The kosher breakfast consists of packaged Gouda and toast- that’s it. Don’t have fantasies about boiled eggs etc. location is close to good kosher restaurants and 2 big grocery stores. So these make up for the rest. Nice staff."

"The hotel follows the chain's standard (without greater comforts), but it matches the high costs of an expensive city. The best part of the stay is the breakfast: correct."
