Romantic stay by a timeless canal

Couples love the romantic vibes of this family run hotel, which occupies a 17th-century building overlooking Amsterdam’s oldest canal. Stays feels quiet and tucked away, but the hotel is just a stone’s throw from the beating heart of the city – Dam Square is several hundred metres away, while it only takes a few minutes to cycle to the Rijksmuseum and lots of exciting nightlife. 

You can tell a lot of family love has been poured into the hotel’s facilities. Not only are the rooms furnished luxuriously, but they each have an opulent bathroom with L’Occitane products.
