"What a fantastic hotel! The location is perfect. The facilities are amazing! We loved the sitting area. It has table and chairs as well for eating the odd meal that we bought at the supermarket. I cannot fault this hotel at all. Will stay here again."

"I booked on Booking.com with an incorrect date. Upon noticing it, they refused to cancel the reservation, despite having requested it immediately after completing the purchase. I contacted the hotel by phone, and they persisted in denying the cancellation, refusing to correct the dates by paying the difference. The treatment received has been pathetic, clearly incurring a violation of the consumer's right of withdrawal from a purchase, in this case due to an involuntary error."

"We spent three nights at this hotel and, overall, we are satisfied with it. Its location is a real strong point: it is located about a 25-minute walk from the center of Amsterdam and right next to the Van Gogh and Rijksmuseum museums, which makes it easy to get around and visit the city's main sites. The staff is very pleasant, welcoming, and always available. On the other hand, our room was quite small, with very little storage space. We were also a little disappointed by the bathroom, which did not match the one shown in the photos. We had the impression that it had not yet been renovated. There is no air conditioning, only a fan, which can make the room quite hot during the summer. Despite these few negative points, the value for money remains good. Given the location and the rates charged in Amsterdam, we find the price to be quite reasonable."
