"I had a great time at this hotel. The location was just right not too far from city central and accessible to the Metro and Tram. The room was spacious, clean and modern. The staff was hospitable and responsive. I experienced an amazing massage and facial by Minamera at the spa. I will certainly return!"

"I celebrated my anniversary in the spa and it's been very beautiful and relaxing. I chose the Wellness Lunch special so we had lunch before enjoying our stay and i also booked massages. Maresha massaged us and it's been very nice she created a nice atmosphere and she's been very kind. We could actually feel our shoulders softer after."

"We booked the 737 Cockpit Suite a year in advance (about €450 all-in) and it was absolutely worth it! Such a unique experience. We only spent about a minute in the actual plane, but it was a fun touch, and the suite itself was extremely well-appointed, spacious, and comfortable. We received an over-the-top welcome amenity and a warm greeting, with excellent service from Rui at the front desk. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant - fine but nothing special. The only drawbacks were the underwhelming water pressure in the shower, the typical European-style weak HVAC, and a frosted entry door that reduced hallway privacy. A premium cab—a Tesla X on arrival and a Mercedes on departure—cost about $40 each way and worked seamlessly. All-in-all, a very, very good stay and I can’t recommend it enough!"
