"CitizenM in Amsterdam was amazing, and it's now 100% our go-to hotel in the city. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless and tech-forward. Check-in was effortless — self sign-in that just works — and the welcoming staff were friendly, informative, and made the whole intake process easy. The little touches went further than we ever expected: they left a birthday gift waiting in our room, the kind of attention to detail you simply can't pay for. Location was everything we wanted and more — easy access to transportation, great nightlife, and right in the middle of the action. Atmosphere is where CitizenM really shines: it's sleek, techy, and functional, a space that's genuinely built both to play and to get work done. The rooms were efficient and perfectly suited to our needs, and the in-room controller for lights, blinds, temperature, and mood is one of the coolest amenities we've come across — intuitive and honestly fun to use. Everything was super clean, top to bottom, and the noise level was completely manageable — we rested easy every night. Service was impeccable across the board. The 24-hour bar had great drinks and even better staff; at one point they had to deal with a genuinely rude customer while we were there and never once lost their cool. That kind of professionalism says everything. For value, it was totally worthwhile — you get far more than you pay for. Between the location, the atmosphere, the flawless service, and amenities that hit exactly what we needed, CitizenM Amsterdam earns our highest recommendation. We'll be back."

"Was staying here for business meeting in WTC Amsterdam and the location was excellent for that purpose. The rooms are very small but enough for one person. One thing to note is that the toilet and the shower are sort of inside the room, with glass doors so I wouldn't stay here with somebody not super close to you. However, room is very comfy and I slept amazingly well! Everything works through a tablet which was easy to use and fun. Breakfast was surprisingly good! You can select any coffee (like cappucino etc) and there's a good selection of warm foods and fresh things. I especially want to thank the staff; the service was very friendly and I felt much welcomed."
