Public transport
The nearest bus stop is a five-minute walk from the hotel, with buses 22 or 48 taking you to Amsterdam Central train station in 10 minutes. Pontsteiger ferry stop is also less than 10 minutes on foot from the hotel.
NDSM
Hop on the free ferry from Pontsteiger over the IJ River to NDSM – a former shipyard that’s now donned in colourful street art and home to artists’ studios and popular bars and restaurants. Flea market IJ-hallen takes over the space one weekend a month.
Westerpark
A 15-minute stroll or five-minute bike ride from the hotel, you’ll find Westerpark – a blend of green space, intriguing architecture, and lively bars and restaurants based in the former gasworks. There’s even a free children’s farm in the heart of the park.
