"Pretty good location just south of city, about 10 minute walk from tram 5/25. Nice that they rent ebikes or regular bikes by the day. Atmosphere in hotel is courteous and clean. Staff especially multi-lingual Lurianna and the Greek manager are excellent. Our 1 bedroom apartment was very comfortable and spacious. Laundry was available for use in basement. Value was a little expensive. Staff were very accommodating with our social request about medicine. We would definitely return."

"Check in and out all went smooth. The hotel located not so far from RAI, its also just some steps away from tramp station. We had apartment with 2 bedrooms. Clean and comfortable apartment, lot of space. We love the terrace and big bathroom, also fully equipped kitchen helped us a lot. Wifi works as it should. We had breakfast also, it was better than we though. There was not so many choices (not a big buffet) but the food and beverage are all well choosen. Warm dishes are indeed warm and taste good, bread and pastry are all nice, also tee and coffee all good. Definitely worth to come back."

"We arrived Friday evening at the hotel. When we opened the door to the room there was a man inside and saying, sorry there is a problem in the room…. The sink in the bathroom and kitchen were clogged, it smelled awfully and the sink was black and full of dirt. How can this be that you let a family with two children arrive in a room like that? At the reception they didn’t know about the problem in the room, after showing them the pictures they were also shocked and apologized. They couldn’t offer us a room in the same category, as they were booked out the showed us a room of a lower category, the smell in there was also really bad. The receptionist said as we entered the room, “oh i can notice the smell. But I can bring you a diffuser.“ we declined this offer and asked for a refund for the room. Which was granted. We had to look for another hotel and were very happy to move to another hotel."
