"We’ve just returned from a week’s holiday and, although we booked before knowing about the refurbishment, we were pleasantly surprised by how fresh and modern the main areas of the resort looked. Some work was still ongoing, but it didn’t affect our stay at all. The pool areas were definitely a highlight — the main pool had a lively atmosphere, while the adult pool offered a much quieter space to relax. The rooms themselves felt like they’d only had a quick refresh. A new coat of paint had been added, but cracks in the flooring and walls showed they still needed more attention. Most of the staff we met were genuinely lovely and helpful, but we did experience repeated issues with a couple of bar staff. They refused to give us a tray for drinks (even though other staff were more than happy to provide one or even carry drinks for us), and one evening they turned off the lights in the pool bar area while guests were still sitting there. We raised this with the manager, who agreed it was a safety concern and assured us it wouldn’t happen again — but unfortunately, we later learned from other guests that the lights were still being switched off early, even after this was addressed. The a‑la‑carte restaurant was also disappointing. We expected a separate menu and a different dining experience, but it turned out to be the same food as the buffet, just served at a nicer table. There was no choice of dishes, and even clear dietary requests weren’t followed. We also wouldn’t recommend booking taxis through the hotel. Before we even said where we were going, we were quoted a price three times higher than Bolt. Despite these issues, we did enjoy the refurbished communal areas, the friendly staff we encountered, and the fantastic pool spaces — especially the peaceful adult pool."

"I really have no idea or experience of most of the complaints abt this hotel!! This hotel is fabulous, its beautifully clean, the maids are very pleasant and clean the room every day and also replenish the fridge with fresh bottles of water. The pool is spotless, and the pool area is always kept very clean, constantly clearing cups and rubbish away people have left. The pool staff are more than happy to help with umbrellas and sunbeds and towels, without even having to ask, they even provide inflatables left by other guests, to the younger guests to play with. People moan abt the flies and wasps??? Dont know a country that doesnt have them so dont know where they live??? The restaurant is spotless too, and a great selection of hot and cold food daily, dont go if ur expecting chips and a full English everyday, go to benidorm!!! No offense to benidorm lovers, love the place myself . The entertainment staff are lovely and engaging although a little more games, and a spotify account wouldnt go a miss for a change in music during the day..and maybe a pool table would be beneficial , but they do great and are lovely . I travelled with my eldest daughter who is 19, we both felt very safe and met some great people, I have been back less than 24hrs and have already booked to go back next year with all 3 of my daughters.....all in all no complaints and we had a brilliant holiday, we stayed for a week but could of easily stayed for an extra week."

"Nothing to complain about regarding the hotel's cleanliness, the hallways, the rooms, but a big problem with the resetting of tables in the restaurant; the servers do not do their job, we have to ask for cutlery and glasses several times!!!! As for the food, I have seen worse, but also better. As for the entertainment. If you do not spend your whole day by the main pool, you do not see any entertainers; they are there more to chat with the guests than to do activities when you pass them in the hotel hallways, not even a hello, but on the other hand, on the last day when you fill out the questionnaire, they dare to come and ask if everything was perfect, which is the height of irony when you spend 8 days without a hello or a word. Thanks to the cleaning staff for their work and to certain very kind servers."
