"We are very disappointed, because several elements of the service do not correspond to what was indicated at the time of booking: • Half-board was presented with a buffet, but no real buffet was offered on-site. Meals were served à la carte, with a very limited selection. • The information regarding meals adapted for babies did not correspond to reality: no buffet or specific selection was available. • The assigned room did not correspond to the room booked. We had booked a room with a side view of the sea and the pool, but the room received had a different view. • From the very first dinner, my husband fell ill and showed symptoms consistent with food poisoning. We cannot medically confirm the cause, but this incident occurred immediately after the first meal taken at the establishment."

"5 * hotel beautiful, the hotel is chilled and relaxed, I stayed at this hotel with my teenage daughter she enjoyed both pools they where both clean and lovely Just like the whole hotel, the rooms are beautiful, the food is great and the staff are wonderful, nothing was to much for them. The hotel has a beach opposite and a couple of restaurants and shops that come in handy. The only downside is the location you have to use a taxi to see the town it’s not in walking distance but this is easy sorted the reception staff will help or you can use an app to book a taxi. Overall 5 stars perfect hotel"
