"We have been coming to Hyatt Regency Taghazout every year and sometimes even twice a year so this hotel has become a very special place for us. We already knew how beautiful the resort is, how incredible the setting is and how much we enjoy coming here. But this stay was completely different.
This time, I proposed to my fiancée here.
What could have been simply a beautiful holiday became one of the most important and memorable moments of our lives and that is largely because of the incredible people at Hyatt Regency Taghazout.
I would like to personally thank a few members of the team who went far beyond what could ever be expected.

Yassin was exceptional from beginning to end. He made sure we always had everything we needed and personally helped facilitate our private terrace dinner. Whatever we needed, he was there to make it happen. His attention to detail, availability and genuine willingness to help made a huge difference. We always felt that we could rely on him.

Hicham helped coordinate everything related to our room and made our upgrade completely smooth and stress free. He was incredibly kind, professional and approachable throughout our stay. Sometimes you meet people in hospitality who simply make you feel welcome and Hicham is exactly that kind of person. One of the nicest people we have met during our stays here.

On our very first night, Hicham surprised us with a beautiful meal on our balcony overlooking the ocean. After travelling and arriving at the hotel, this was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture. It immediately made us feel special and set the tone for what became an unforgettable stay.

I cannot thank Zakaria enough. He was one of the key people behind the proposal. He coordinated, connected me with the right people and helped plan so many of the details leading up to one of the most important days of my life.
There were so many moving parts and having someone who could coordinate everything and make sure I was connected to the right people made the whole experience so much easier. I am genuinely grateful for everything he did.
Malika, Housekeeping
Malika deserves a special mention as well. From the day we checked in, she took such great care of our room. She decorated it beautifully, kept everything spotless and consistently made sure the room was perfect. My Fiancée loved every decoration
And then there is everyone else who often does not get mentioned by name but deserves just as much recognition.
Thank you to the entire La Vie en Bleu team, the wonderful lady who made us crepes, the breakfast team, particularly the ladies working outside, the teams at Sud and Km 17, the gardeners who are constantly taking care of the beautiful surroundings, the security teams, the housekeeping manager and every other member of staff who contributed to our stay.
There are so many people working behind the scenes to make a resort like this run and we noticed it.
The hotel itself also continues to impress us.
We noticed that some areas of the hotel have recently been renovated and they look absolutely amazing. It is great to see the property continuing to evolve while maintaining what makes it so special.
We also heard about the new Moroccan restaurant being created upstairs. From what we saw, the views are going to be absolutely incredible. A Moroccan restaurant in that setting with those views sounds like a very special addition to the resort and we are already looking forward to coming back and experiencing it once it is open.
The thing about Hyatt Regency Taghazout is that of course the location is incredible. The ocean views are beautiful, the property is stunning and the atmosphere is special. But after coming here year after year, I can honestly say that it is the people who make us keep coming back.
This time, the team did not just provide us with a great hotel stay.
They helped create a memory that we will carry with us for the rest of our lives.
To everyone who knew about the proposal, helped with it, supported me, arranged something, prepared something, cleaned something, served us, welcomed us or simply smiled and made us feel at home, thank you.
You played a part in one of the most important days of our lives and we will never forget that.
