"A hotel to avoid. Not at all at the advertised 4-star level. An obnoxious staff still stuck in the Soviet era. Rooms that are not soundproofed between hallways and beds. A very ill-mannered clientele from the East, shouting in the hallways day and night. An average breakfast, don't go there for dinner, it's at the level of a school cafeteria. The location is, however, ideal at the foot of the old town of Budva. The only positive points are the spa and its team and the very friendly concierge. I strongly advise against this hotel."

"This hotel has the perfect location - walk out the front door & you can see the entrance to the old town. Rooms were a good size & clean Pool area fantastic Service was always good The only food we had was the breakfast & there was plenty of it which people seemed to enjoy but I didn’t BUT that’s just personal opinion I would definitely stay here again & definitely recommend"

"First impressions of this 4-star hotel were good. The location is perfect for the Old Town, and our room overlooked the Old Town. Despite the central location, there was no noise from cars, which was a real positive. Unfortunately, the service was very poor, and the cleanliness was extremely disappointing. During our stay, the room was only given a very basic service — the bin was emptied, the bed was made, and the towels were hung up. The floor wasn’t swept, and the basins and toilet weren’t cleaned. The shower walls looked as though they hadn’t seen any cleaning product for months. The minibar was empty, and although there was a kettle and cups, there were no spoons and no tea or coffee. When we went to reception to ask about this, we were told to buy our own coffee from the shops and get spoons ourselves from the restaurant. We were also told to speak to housekeeping ourselves. the toilet seat was broken which we reported but to our surprise nothing was done, lucky we had two toilets in our villa. What was most disappointing was the lack of customer service throughout our stay. Not once did a member of staff ask if everything was okay, offer help, or even simply greet us with a smile. For us, this was a 4-star hotel with 2-star service. The location is excellent, but the cleanliness and level of service need significant improvement."
