easyJet holidays recommended by Good Housekeeping Institute
easyJet holidays has been named as Reader Recommended for Customer Experience by the Good Housekeeping Institute.
The accreditation is the result of Good Housekeeping readers sharing their experiences with easyJet holidays, providing feedback on every step of the customer journey when booking and travelling on an easyJet holidays package. This included reasons for choosing easyJet holidays, the booking experience, range of products available, flights, transfers and hotel, and customer service.
Highlights of the survey revealed that Good Housekeeping readers recognised easyJet holidays for its value for money and unbeatable prices, ATOL protection, and varied range of destinations and hotels on offer.
Stuart Wright, Customer Director at easyJet holidays, said:
