"Terrible experience. We stayed for 3 days and, from the very first night, we found ants inside the bed. We immediately reported the problem and were initially just offered a spray to eliminate them, as if it were normal to have to continue sleeping in a room with ants in the bed. Only after we insisted did they finally change our room. Unfortunately, the air conditioner did not work in the new room either, so we had to face further inconvenience. Considering the problems encountered during our stay, we requested a refund for the inconveniences suffered. Our request was accepted, but after the acceptance, we have not received any further updates. 20 days have now passed and, despite our emails and the numerous messages sent, no one is responding to us anymore and we have not yet received the promised refund. We were very disappointed not only by the conditions of the property, but above all by the way the situation was handled, both during our stay and subsequently. We expected more attention, professionalism, and above all, respect for what was agreed upon. An absolutely negative experience that we do not feel we can recommend."

"Honestly the best hotel I have stayed in in Malta, I’ve been going to Malta every year for the past 3 years and I’ve stayed in a number of different hotels both in St Julian’s and St Paul’s Bay. This hotel tops all of them. I was a solo traveler the hotel staff were soo welcoming the check in process was so easy I arrived 30 minutes before check in and they checked me in straight away. They had my room key ready waiting for me. The highlight of staying here was the staff they made are so friendly they made me feel welcome and safe. The room was clean and I was able to call reception to request housing to clean the room if I needed to at certain hours during the day. I loved my stay here more than some of the 5 star hotels I’ve stayed in in St Julian’s. What really made the experience was the friendly staff how they always made sure I had everything I needed and welcomed me. I will stay here again"

"Great location, good equipment, the pool was a nice alternative if u didnt want to go to the beach although a bit small, breakfasts were good with a nice selection, staff was extremely friendly and helpful, special thanks to the general manager Carl Zarb for his generosity and his maximum effort for helping us have the best expirience"
