"We had an amazing stay at Hotel Juliani, one we won't forget! The staff are so professional, friendly and welcoming. The cleaning staff are truly exceptional with their attention to detail! The beds are extremely comfortable and breakfast had a great selection! The sliding door onto the balcony was relatively soundproof with minimal disruption from the streets below even during the World Cup! The plunge pool was quite refreshing with plenty of loungers and shaded/padded areas. 10/10 would definitely recommend!"

"Booked based on reviews and research, just shows you have to dig deep to get to the detail. Pre booked an early check in and had it approved by email, when we arrived, we were informed room wasn’t ready and wouldn’t be for another 3 hours. After much debate we eventually got in an hour after we should have been, not a great start! Man well on the desk seemed a bit disinterested in the whole situation. Everyone raves about the breakfast…. Trust me it’s nothing special, the service is an absolute shambles, all the staff do is stand about and chat. Some days you get asked if you want eggs, some days you don’t. Some days you get asked how you want your eggs, some days you don’t. Sorry to say this but with some of the staff there is a language barrier issue, they need to try and work on that, but bottom line, breakfast is nothing special. Sunbeds at the pool are THE most uncomfortable I have ever been on, everyone is as complaining, why they can’t invest in some cushions is anyone’s guess. We were lucky, 2 days ago a massive crane went up as apparently they’re not extending the hotel, so bad luck to anyone who visits over the next few months as you’ll be in the middle of a building site. Big shout out to Ange at the pool bar, she was fantastic !!! The views are stunning, but for £250 a night, we’ll try somewhere different next time"
