From the moment we stepped off the water and into the lobby, we were welcomed as if we were returning friends. Nothing was ever too much to ask, and every request was met before we'd finished making it. The entire front desk and concierge team were nothing short of magical. In a city where the best experiences are often hidden, they pointed us to restaurants we would never have found on our own, secured tables that seemed impossible to get, and shaped our days around the art, shopping, and quiet corners of Venice that suited us best. Their local knowledge and generosity of spirit turned a lovely trip into an unforgettable one. The general manager, Luana, deserves particular praise. Present without ever being intrusive, she took a personal interest in our stay, checked in with real sincerity, and remembered the little details. Her leadership is felt in every corner of the hotel, and it shows in the warmth and polish of the entire team. The rooms were exquisite, the atmosphere serene, and the setting is hard to beat. But it is the people who elevate Palazzo Venart from beautiful to extraordinary. We left feeling cared for and inspired, and we are already dreaming of our return. Five stars, without hesitation."

"We stayed at Palazzo Venart for a very special occasion — our engagement — and the entire experience was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived by water taxi, the team made us feel genuinely welcome and looked after us with great warmth and attention. Arriving directly at the hotel from the Grand Canal is a fantastic way to start a stay in Venice, and departing again by water taxi was the perfect ending. The water taxi is absolutely worth it for the experience alone. A special mention goes to the concierge team, who were incredibly helpful with the planning and logistics around our stay and engagement. Their responsiveness and attention to detail made everything feel effortless from beginning to end. What stood out most was how personal the service felt — attentive and professional, but always warm and natural. It never felt overly formal or impersonal. We stayed in the Grand Canal Suite, which was beautifully appointed and made the occasion feel even more special. The hotel itself is elegant and intimate, and we particularly liked the two small garden areas. They are peaceful little spaces that provide a lovely contrast to the busy streets and canals of Venice. The location is excellent: directly on the Grand Canal, accessible by water taxi, while still being within an easy walk of the Rialto Bridge and many of the main areas of Venice. For us, it was a great balance between being close to everything and still having somewhere quiet to return to. We also really enjoyed the breakfast concept. It felt much more relaxed and personal than a typical large hotel breakfast, with excellent quality, a very good selection and attentive service. It was one of our favourite parts of the stay. I’ve been to countless 5 star hotels and this was honestly one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. Palazzo Venart will always be a very special place for us. A huge thank you to Silvia and the entire team for their warmth, professionalism and attention to detail, and for making such an important occasion truly unforgettable. Tip: if you are visiting for a special occasion, I would absolutely let the hotel know in advance and make use of the concierge team — they were excellent."

"A wonderful experience. The hotel and the location are a true paradise. The staff is very friendly and highly professional. We visit many "Leading Hotels of the World," but this one was a particularly great and beautiful experience. We came for a birthday, and the staff made the stay extra special for this particular occasion. We will return to this little paradise."
