"A truly special Venetian experience Our stay at Palazzo Venart was one of the most wonderful hotel experiences we have ever had. From being met at the car park to the warm, personal welcome at the Palazzo, we felt exceptionally well looked after. What makes this hotel so special is the people. The staff were consistently kind, attentive and thoughtful. The lovely manager and the highly knowledgeable concierge made everything feel personal, with memorable touches such as arranging a private visit to a glass atelier in Murano. Breakfast was a particular highlight: served à la carte, with delicious daily variations, wonderful fruit and local products full of flavour. The attentive waiters made it a pleasure to linger and enjoy the start of each day. The beautifully decorated rooms, the peaceful atmosphere and the small number of guest rooms give the Palazzo an intimate character. Having such a tranquil retreat, right on the canal with its own private landing, made our time in Venice all the more special. Our recommendation: arrive by water taxi. Stepping off the boat directly at the hotel is a wonderful way to immerse yourself in the Venetian atmosphere from the very first moment. And do reserve a table at GLAM. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening: outstanding food, beautifully coordinated service and an experience that felt special throughout. One friendly tip: eat lightly beforehand! The chef is wonderfully generous, and you certainly will not leave hungry. Palazzo Venart gave us much more than a beautiful place to stay. It made us feel warmly welcomed and cared for, and left us with memories we will treasure."

"We are returning guests because this gorgeous Palace Hotel is simply the best. Luana, the GM, and her entire staff, including, but not limited to, Flavia, Giacomo H. Giacomo S. and the entire front desk team, attend to our every need with extraordinary detail. Even better, they do it all with a smile like you are family. And we always feel like family during our stay. The food at breakfast, including fresh berries, omelettes, croissants with chocolate and pistachio, homemade bread and cappuccino with designs at the top of the cups, are all not only delicious but presented in photo perfect fashion like something you would see in a gourmet food magazine. We have stayed in a number of their beautiful rooms in the past and this time we chose the Andrea Palladio, a suite with a large separate living room and desk area along with a huge outdoor balcony where we sat and listened to the boats on the canal and church bells in the morning. Indeed, it left us feeling like we were living in and residence of Venice. What fun! And then there's Glam, the only 2 star Michelin restaurant in Venice with only about 6 tables for an intimate romantic experience. The restaurant has gotten even better over the years and chef Donato Ascani is an extraordinary culinary genius. The entire restaurant staff functions like clockwork and the sommelier is friendly and helpful. The presentations are gorgeous and the food is delicious. I am certain we will returning to Palazzo Venart in the not too distant future."
