"Beautiful. Staff were super polite. They genuinely couldn’t do enough. Special shout to Gino. What a lovely bloke. The room was beautifully decorated. Perfect location as not in the busy area. Next to a Vaporetto stop which was ideal. Could not fault the place and would highly recommend."

"An absolutely five star exquisite experience from start to finish. You are treated like royalty from the minute you arrive. Everyone is excited to see you, warm and cordial. There’s turndown service at night and the rooms themselves are jaw dropping with chandeliers over the bed, heavy, velvet drapes, a rain shower in a bathroom suite made entirely from marble, including the walls, tub bench, etc.. and then you throw open the shutters from the 1700s and there you are on the grand Canal of Venice with the boats going by!!!! there’s not a breakfast buffet, but coffee and rolls are complementary and the rest you purchase. The small dining room caters to your every need and they remember everything that you liked from the day before!! A special acknowledgment to front desk concierge Pierluca - his warm kind Service was so next level and we felt like we were the most important guests in the hotel! A true professional and gentleman. Another staff member (Sergio?) whose name we can’t quite remember answer a special request late one night and was so excited to see us the next morning. Extremely kind, warm and welcoming."
