"I would give this hotel 0 stars if I could please please DO NOT VISIT HERE I was given a voucher from them during the pandemic the voucher is valid until December we were unable to travel to Italy without quarantine until September and flights from Scotland don’t resume to Venice until 13th December so really the voucher is valid for 3weeks in December that is all it can be used …I tried to book for my dates to be told I would have to pay more money and go to another hotel because they do not have any vacancies this is definitely a hotel who likes to take your money and give nothing in return .to be honest I actually felt bad for them at the time thinking how bad it must be to give all that money back to people and businesses going under and took the voucher more fool me because company’s like this that deceive paying customers deserve all they get"

"! Best hotel in Venice! Quiet and clean! Close to train and bus stations! Friendly and helpful staff. My room was clean everyday! Couldn't be happier! Cafes and restaurants are at short distance and all the neighborhoods, Saint Mark, San Marco, Santa Croce, Canneraggio. Definitely I recommend this Hotel."

"We stayed at Hotel ai Tolentini for two nights. Because of out flight delays we arrived passed check in time. We texted the owner from the airport and he responded right away with directions and how to get in. Keys for our room were left at the front desk with clear instructions. Room was big and very clean. Bed was firm and for us very comfortable. Air conditioning was working perfectly. We had big bathroom with shower and all necessary amenities - very clean. Next morning we met with the owner of the hotel and did proper check in. He was one of nicest and pleasant men we met. He gave us the map of the area and explained in detail where to go for sight seeing and local restaurants. Short walk to grand canal. Thank you for that. We will definitely stay there again, highly recommend to stay there."
