"Thoroughly enjoyed my 2 night stay at Elite Hotel, the room was lovely and clean and staff were really friendly. Regular and cheap transport via tram to Venice. Restaurant in the hotel served lovely food and provided a quick service. I would recommend staying at this hotel and would definitely return If I return to the area."

"We have just returned from a 3 night stay and I feel very disappointed with the hotel. To start the breakfast was very cold, even when they brought out “fresh” items they were also cold and I there wasn’t much choice. We were on our Honeymoon and had booked the amour package (which was very basic and not worth the extra cost, a few petals on the bed and a cheap bottle of Prosecco) so hotel staff would have been aware that it was a special trip for us, however there was no acknowledgment from staff when we checked in which I feel would of been a nice touch even just a congratulations. In fact all the staff were very stand off ish and didn’t seem to want to engage with guests, it was like we were an inconvenience to them. We booked a superior room which was far from from a 4 star room, the ceiling was slanted on one side which made a small room feel very cramped, we had to bend to get round to that side of the bed. They also gave us paper cups instead of mugs which did not feel like a 4 star experience. The only part of the hotel that appears 4 star is the communal areas the rest is basic. Overall we were very disappointed with the hotel and felt uncomfortable speaking to the staff. We would not return"

"I will never come back to this place because of EUGENIO. It’s a very late check in. I have 2 babies and he LIED and said there is no baby crib until I finally made him give me the crib that I had to set up!!! I have never met a man like this nor had an experience like this at any hotel. Please do something about this man."
