Hotel Laguna Residence

"Comfortable room, however the bed was on the hard side. Shower pressure was good. Power points were not well placed with no spare plugs available bed side for charging etc. No doona in rooms only a thin piece of colourful materiel that left us cold and seeking jackets during the night. Tried to up the heating but it just wouldn’t comply. Breakfast was the worst one experienced in four weeks of travelling Europe! Grey scrambled eggs, a few croissants and a scattering of vegetables, cheese and cold meat. No fresh fruit, no pastries, bacon, sausages, bread slices or anything else. Whilst not too busy, the wait staff could not keep up with cups, cutlery, milk or plates. Would not recommend"

"Bed bugs. If you want to experience this kind of joy - you are welcome. Cheap hotel so everything looks cheap, feels cheap, except prices - they are expensive. Bad to customers. Located in a bad area. You can’t have a proper conversation, you can’t cancel booking."

"The bed was awful! I could feel every spring in the mattress. It wasn't a bed, it was a hammock. It was impossible to rest. There was fungus in the bathroom and there was a very unpleasant and strong smell in the hotel corridor. The hotel is conveniently located, the bus stop is 100 metres away. Beautiful view of flowers and trees from the window. Hotel staff was very polite"
