"They have completely irresponsible people running this hotel. They claim to have hotel specific water taxis that run on time. Some of the hotel taxis are marked and some of them are not marked, a complete disgrace. And of course the pilot on the boat doesn't speak English. And then management can't do anything about it, they just look at you and say "okay." Please be aware, you're at the complete mercy of these water taxis and this hotel has a terrible company that is completely irresponsible when it comes to a time table. Try to find a hotel on the main island of Venice."

"The hotel is absolutely beautiful with a lovely rooftop pool over looking Venice. We arrived by speed boat which was just amazing. The staff were lovely & helpful. A great selection of breakfast. Our room was comfortable for 2 people with everything you need and serviced everyday with fresh towels etc. The hotel provides a water shuttle into St Mark's Square which is great for €18 each for your duration. We had a great time in Venice and would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Do not stay at the Hilton Molino Stucky. During our stay, management completely failed us across every fundamental duty of care: Health & Safety Neglect: They severely mishandled coeliac dietary requirements, leaving me seriously unwell. Because of their negligence, my pregnant wife was forced to make multiple trips down to reception late at night just to get help—even for simple requests like extra cushions or to report our missing items. Property Disposal & No Apology: Expensive personal belongings were taken straight from our room and thrown in the trash while we were at breakfast. When we reported this, we didn't even receive an apology. Dishonest "Gestures": To cover up these failures, the hotel claimed they gave us a goodwill gesture—a single cocktail (which we had already paid for) and a shuttle trip. We explicitly declined this offer directly to the manager, yet she dishonestly added it to our checkout anyway to save face. The management here is incompetent, deceitful, and completely lacking a duty of care. Due to the severity of these issues, we will be taking this matter further. Formal legal and regulatory reports will follow if this matter is not taken seriously immediately. Avoid this property at all costs. Note: The severity of these failures—specifically causing personal illness through allergen negligence and the unauthorized disposal of guest property—constitutes a direct breach of duty of care and strict hotelier liability under Articles 1783 and 2043 of the Italian Civil Code."
