"Dear Management and Team: Our family gratefully enjoyed our two-night stay at your lovely, quaint hotel by the waterfront. The location is absolutely superb and incredibly convenient to all the local shops and restaurants. Almost everyone at your hotel is extremely pleasant, friendly, and caring, making us feel very, very welcome. We would like to personally thank Elena, Michele, Francesca, Massimo, Rodena (at breakfast), Victoria, Giacomo, Pradeep, Majors, Manager Sebastian, and Roberto. They are absolute treasures to your establishment! If we ever return to Venice again, we will choose your hotel without a doubt. Because we are caring people, we always share our thoughts if we can help anyone, anywhere, with suggestions that might enhance their service. On one hot evening, the drinks inside our room's mini-fridge were not cold enough, so we asked the bartender for some ice. He grumpily gave us ice in just ONE single glass, which was not enough for our family of three, stating he was in the middle of making more ice. When I politely asked for an extra empty glass, he flatly turned me down. Right then, both Beverly and I caught the STERN look on the face of your nighttime front desk woman (very friendly and efficient). She was silently shaking her head, signaling the bartender to accommodate our request. While your front desk woman understood true service, 🔊🔊🔊 this bartender desperately needs to learn and improve in the department of hospitality. Finally, my late, fearsome father taught me a golden rule that I carry with me everywhere I go: "Never leave anyone out." That is why I personally asked your front desk for the names of the hardworking gentleman sweeping the floors and your dedicated chambermaids. They work so hard behind the scenes to keep your hotel beautiful, and they deserve just as much recognition and praise as the front-facing staff. "Our family of 6 spent 3 nights in this wonderful hotel! (2 rooms). It exceeded our expectations. Staff was so helpful & friendly! The hotel was so clean and ornate! The location was a few minutes walk from Piazzale Roma (a godsend with family group and suitcases!). Easy access to transportation around Venice, although we loved walking most places! Breakfast was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of choices. We highly recommend this hotel!"
