"We have just come back from a 6 Night stay at this hotel for the third time.
once again we were not disappointed.
We went Half board.The food was as always amazing but we knew what to expect.
But since our last visit 2 years ago somethings have changed.
They now offer a bed and breakfast option that wasn't available when we visited 2 years ago
They now have a very nice pool and an area to relax on sunbeds with a basic pool bar and they now serve toasted sandwiches,parma raw ham with cantaloupe melon,stone baked margherita Pizza, Pasta carbonara,pasta with tomato sauce or Pasta with pesto sauce
which is something that is light enough to not fill you up for the 4 courses at evening meal
You can now purchase bus tickets direct from reception, instead of needing to go to the Tabacchi to purchase them
We went to Camaiore on the bus and this was a small town to wander around and have a drink
We also went to Pietrasanta which is a larger place and there are numerous art galleries here if this is something that you enjoy
Also they now offer a trip to go to a Local Vineyard

What a great experience from a very small local wine producer. We had a personal trip as others dropped out.This is Well worth the money.when you get local cold cuts of meat and cheese to accompany the Home made bread. Asparagus frittata, tomato,basil,onion and olive oil salad using their own produced olive oil and Chutney produced by the vineyard, with at least a full glass of red and white to accompany this.
We were also was able to buy Limoncello produced by them.
The evening meal is at 7:30pm where everyone sits at the same time.You choose your meal the evening before and can opt to not have a course or with the pre-starter you can opt to not have an item if its not to your taste, sometimes this may be replaced with something else,
The Pre-starter of 4 small tasters for example
Meat balls in tomato sauce, chickpea hummus with prawns, fried onion rings coated in a light batter, raw ham and mozzarella
then there are 3 starter to choose from
usually a seafood dish , a pasta dish and a soup

Pasta with langoustines
Or Chef's style creamy asparagus risotto with crispy bacon
Or Peasant-style Tuscan cream of green pea soup
then 3 Small Main Dish to choose from usually a seafood dish , a meat dish and a vegetarian option

Sea bass filleted on tuscan new veg. in a white wine sauce dressing
Or Roasted turkey breast served with home made pan gravy
Or Grilled soft cheese
then finally, choice of 2 dessert

Homemade Sicilian Cannoli
Or Artisan Italian ice cream
We will definitely be going back to this hotel as with it being a small family run hotel we feel this is more authentic with the menu and you feel more welcomed than some of the larger hotels you can go to."
