"I was surprised to be informed that our belongings were already pulled out from our room 1 hour prior the proper check-out time. The alibi, there are arrivals. Terrible place to spend a night with kids"

"I stayed at this hotel for one night. We had to room on the top floor. We had a massive balcony which was cool but beds wasn't that nice and bathroom was a bit disgusting. I think we payed 50€/night for the room."

"The Hotel Firenze in Viareggio is a small hotel on the piazza where the bus station is. This might not sound attractive but there are not many buses and it puts you right in the heart of the town. Checking in was very easy with the friendly owner/staff speaking effective Italian/English. There was a lift to the top floor where our room was. The room was smallish but with a very comfortable bed, en suite, and TV. The big bonus was our room opened out onto the rooftop terrace with panoramic views to the sea, brilliant! Coming back late our host was even prepared to make us coffee and tea before going to bed. Breakfast in the morning was buffet style with croissants, rolls, cakes, jams and Nutella, even cornflakes. The hotel was clean and very good value for money, booked via bookings.com."
