"The hotel is in a strategic location for those who wish to visit Turin without using a car or public transport. Almost everything is within walking distance. The hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms with very comfortable king-size beds. The bathroom is equipped with everything you might need. A special mention to the bar, which offers perfect drinks in an elegant and welcoming environment."

"Great location towards the north of the old quarter, so within rapid walking distance of loads of restaurants, shops, museums and sights. Beautiful hotel with stunning entrance and staircase. Friendly, helpful staff. Room was good, nice bathrooms, clean. Beds fairly comfortable, firmer end of mattress which I like, but felt a little past their best. Room decor is really nice. Little Juliette balconies looking over the road outside are a nice touch. We did get woken in the mornings by vans for a shop unloading outside, but the soundproofing between rooms was ok. Room service tray charge is 15 EUR per order, which wasn't obvious before we arrived, which can make the *continental* breakfast a whopping 45 EUR for room service. We'd planned to get room service from the hotel restaurant in the evenings but the charges put us off so we ate out instead and there are plenty of restaurants right outside. The downstairs and restaurant have loud 'background' music. With the group including a disabled person with sound sensitivity this meant these areas were not accessible to them sadly. The app to get extra amenities wasn't working while we were there, and the TV doesn't seem to have Internet capability so no Netflix etc. Overall we had a good stay."
