"On arrival the reception staff were super friendly. After a long day of travel they took care of the cases and processed passports whilst we ate. The general areas are vast with plenty of seating. The bar and catering staff very helpful. We chose to eat breakfast outside at table we guess were for smokers but it’s all open and you are not crammed together. The room was enormous I expect this is a by product of converting from the old factory. Very high ceilings lots of room and such a comfortable bed. One complaint. I only stayed one night!!! We visited the National auto museum about ten minutes walk and went on the Piste 500 roof garden with views over the city. Great place even greater hotel and staff."

"We stayed here for 1 night en route from Paris to Montecatini,Italy. A very nice hotel,lovely dinner,great room,good breakfast(especially the cheese omelette!). Brilliant location,with the Fiat connection and great views of the city!"

"Beautiful hotel in a huge building, an old Fiat car factory, at the edge of downtown. It includes a great sub-tropical courtyard and adjoins a shopping area and the old Fiat car test tracks on the roof. The rooms are furnished with classic design furniture of the 20th century. Unfortunately good design is not present in some areas: No grab handles in the bathroom; only one electrical outlet next to the beds; no luggage cart available to manage luggage in the endless hallways; no simple chairs at the desks (the metal chairs pinch the thighs after a while!); no clear instructions on how to operate the A/C or how to find foreign language shows on TV."
