"Fantastic hotel! It was our 10-year anniversary since becoming official and, when we mentioned this, we were given a very nice suite and a "love" balloon was left on our bed the next morning along with a note of congratulations. Our room, at the back of the hotel on the 4th floor, was spotless and quiet. The staff were all attentive, professional and friendly. Breakfast offered plenty of choice and lasted us into the afternoon. There is a Metro station almost outside and Porta Susa main rail station is just a few minutes' walk away. Trams and buses pass by the hotel, and can take you further into the centre although this is walkable. Also close by, reached via a covered walkway, are some very good restaurants. Highly recommended without hesitation!"

"The staff were fabulous went out of their way to greet and serve you. The room and bathroom were very clean and our bed was made each day and towels changed daily! The only negative was a very loud banging noise every morning 5.30am from what sounded like a door or gate slamming! It made our room shake! "

"I have stayed at this NH hotel in Turin several times for business, but my most recent stay was extremely disappointing. Upon entering the room, I found drinking glasses that clearly contained dried saliva residues inside them. This is honestly unacceptable and deeply concerning from a hygiene and safety perspective. Since I had no clean glasses available in the room, I went down to the reception at around 11:00 PM to hand over the contaminated items. What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of apologies or any sense of concern from the staff. The following morning, the “compensation” offered for such a serious issue was a complimentary bottle of water, which felt inadequate and almost disrespectful given the nature of the problem. The rooms are also quite noisy due to traffic from the nearby road, but that is something one could overlook. However, finding glasses with saliva residue is not something that can be ignored or justified under any circumstances. For a hotel that positions itself as business-oriented, this level of hygiene and customer care is simply unacceptable."
