"Extremely noisy bed, barely slept. Street noise was also clearly heard from the room. Reported it to the staff at 6:00 AM on July 30, but they just said, “Okay, bye.” Very disappointing."

No wifi. No terrace as stated in booking No shower connected to the wall just the hose with a head attached not appropriate Folding shower screen very difficult to seal against the top of the bath tub leading to pools of water while you wave the shower hose around trying to shower. All in all very disappointed"

"We ended up here, at short notice, after an issue with the hotel we had originally booked. I was glad we had to change! The staff here are excellent. Every time we passed reception we were greeted - and always with a smile. Violet was very helpful when I rang to see if they had a vacancy. As she promised, we got a room at the back. It was big, with two French windows out onto a large balcony. It was very quiet all three nights we were there. The room had a fridge (not cold, though) and a safe. The bathroom was spotlessly clean, though I found the shower cubicle a bit tight. Breakfast was good. The hotel is close to Porta Susa mainline and metro stations. Exit D comes up onto the street almost at the hotel door. There are a number of bars and restaurants nearby as well as a small supermarket. We went a bit further afield, to Bakery, for delicious pizza. We would definitely return."
