You can wander into Sorrento in 45 minutes, or opt for a taxi and you’ll be whisked there in 10 minutes. And if you want to explore further afield, Sorrento’s harbour is the gateway to the enchanting island of Capri, known for its upscale shopping, stunning landscapes, and celebrated Blue Grotto – hop on the ferry and you’ll anchor in Capri in just half an hour.
Villa Puolo is housed in a traditional Italian villa that exudes old-world charm – a beautiful example of classic Mediterranean architecture, featuring soft pastel hues, terracotta roofs, and elegant arches. Find out more about Sorrento
The first stop on the Amalfi Coast after Naples, Sorrento is one of the most famous towns in the area, and with good reason. With so much to do, Sorrento holidays can include much more than sipping limoncello and sunbathing – though, of course, lots of people choose to do just that. Connected to Naples by train, Sorrento is as easy to visit as it is to stay in – its pedestrian streets and abundant lemon trees attracting both shoppers and weekenders.
