Ara Maris Hotel

"We had a fantastic time at Ara Maris in Sorrento. Everything about the hotel is 5-star (location, facilities, service ... everything!). But what made our trip extra special was the staff who work there who made us feel really special and welcome - thank you! I hope we will be lucky enough to be able to return some time in the future."

"We stayed at the Ara Maris for a week. The hotel was beautiful, and the food and accommodations delightful. Our room was not the most expensive but it was large, quiet and clean, with a balcony overlooking the gulf and Mt Vesuvius. The location is perfect for getting to the historic district and ferry marina (the latter via the hotel golf cart cuz it's super steep). While Sorrento was pretty crowded and the hotel fully booked, the hotel never felt crowded or busy. Most importantly, the staff and the service they provided were outstanding. Really, really outstanding from beginning to end and in every aspect of the hotel. The concierge services were particularly helpful with travel logistics, excursions, and restaurant reservations. We have traveled quite a lot over the years, and this was one of our best hotel experiences ever."
