"Amazing hotel. Clean and well maintained. Very walkable to Vatican City . Located on a side street away from loud traffic, dotted with restaurants and affordable small shops. Staff was professional and courteous. Breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay again."

"So disappointed in this hotel , I used to stay here and it was beautiful however upon returning and paying €80 for an “upgrade” our room was so unkept and dirty. The espresso cups had so much dust on them it must’ve been weeks since they were last touched the floor looked like something was spilled on it and never mopped. The sofa had a big stain on arms and and we had makeup on the sheets from a previous guest and to top it off we had dropped a small crumb of a chip on the floor and within a couple of hours the living room had ants everywhere. My socks were black and there was mould growing in the corner of the shower. I would never stay here again. We called down to the front desk and was treated like it was an exaggeration so they sent someone up and and he washed our espresso cups in the sink with his hands but that was it - not even a new set. Rome is full of nicer cheaper hotels I recommend you save your money and stay elsewhere ."
