Numa Rome Tullo

"My stay at Numa Tullo Rooms in Rome was overall quite good. The property is very well organized, and everything ran smoothly from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, modern, and although a bit small, it had all the necessary amenities and was comfortable for my stay. I also appreciated the welcome gift provided in the room, which was a nice touch. The only issues I noted were related to the bathroom and noise. The shower floor was quite slippery, which could be improved for safety. Additionally, my room was located close to a bar/restaurant where loud music was played until around 23:00 every day, which was somewhat disturbing, especially when trying to relax in the evening. Other than these points, it was a good stay overall, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. I would consider staying again, especially if assigned a quieter room."

"I would strongly caution anyone considering a stay at Numa Rome Tulo based on what I experienced. At around 22:00, repeated fire alarms started going off while the building was also experiencing power failures. Lights were flickering on and off, alarms kept restarting, and eventually the power went out completely. It was unclear whether this was a real emergency or what we were supposed to do. Shortly after, guests were told to leave the building in the middle of the night. We ended up standing outside for about 90 minutes with no clear information, no updates, and no guidance on whether it was safe to return. What made this situation particularly unsettling was the lack of any reliable support while it was happening. Communication was inconsistent and delayed, and there was no clear source of information. In reality, we were left to figure things out ourselves. One of the other guests ended up calling emergency services for everyone, and that became the only way we understood what was going on. Even the next morning, there was no meaningful explanation or follow-up. After everything that had happened overnight, there was still no clarity or reassurance provided. The power outage continued for a significant part of the stay, and it was not possible to sleep or use basic facilities. The entire night, which is the main purpose of booking accommodation, was effectively lost. What stayed with me most is how it felt in the moment: being woken up, told to leave, and then left outside without clear information or support. It creates a real sense of uncertainty and lack of safety. If everything works, this type of setup may feel convenient. But based on this experience, when something goes wrong, you may find yourself largely on your own. I would strongly recommend taking that into account before choosing to stay here. I know the 15 of us who were left on the street at 01:00am all agree and hope no one else goes though this just for a good location hotel and a decent price."
