"Here’s a warm, heartfelt review you could leave: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We can’t thank Ibrahim enough for everything he did for us. After arriving in Rome, we walked into accommodation we had booked elsewhere only to find our room wasn’t ready. We were exhausted, stressed, and honestly starting to panic. It was around 7:30 pm, and we had no idea where we were going to stay. We called LOLY Hotel hoping they might be able to help, and Ibrahim absolutely saved us. He took the time to check availability, called us back promptly, and managed to get us checked in that same evening. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help turned what had been a really stressful start to our holiday into a huge relief. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and looked after. Ibrahim went above and beyond, and we’ll always be grateful for his exceptional customer service and genuine care. Thank you again, Ibrahim—you truly made all the difference. We highly recommend LOLY Hotel to anyone visiting Rome and will definitely stay here again!
