"The location was perfect for my needs and the communication and check in process (I utilized the late check in) was excellent. The room was very small, but well laid out, very clean and quite chic. Bathroom was very clean and also quite efficiently laid out for such a small space. The one - very important - piece of feedback I want to share that I truly hope the owners of the site read, is that there was the OVERPOWERING use of an air “freshener” that was almost intolerable. I had to sleep with a bandana over my nose. It was truly nauseating. Please get rid of this feature. I would not stay here again - despite all of the plusses I listed above - because of this one thing. And I am not one of those “scent sensitive” people."

"We chose this hotel for our stay in Italy on Booking, via the ratings and photos. The welcome was quite decent, the staff kind. On the other hand, the room is another matter, dirty room, dust that must be several months old, clearly visible in the form of balls on the velvet curtains (take a cat hair brush, a tip for the team), on the headboard, limescale marks or traffic in the toilets, marks on the walls, and puddles on the floor, wall with water infiltration. Furthermore, when they do the cleaning, they just remake your bed but leave the remote controls underneath, very unprofessional. The room is equipped with a flat screen that offers Chromecast without actually being able to Chromecast. You either have a ghost or a plumbing problem because there is a constant clicking sound, especially once you go to bed. Finally, sure, you don't hear the noise from the street, but you do hear the neighbors on the floor, and there is a gap under the door so you constantly see the light from the hallway. A warning to the claustrophobic, the elevator is tiny and bouncy, take the stairs."
