"I had booked a room well in advance and when we reached the hotel they directed us to another hotel due to their computer glitch and gave our room to another guest. We booked a triple room and we ended up with a double and no shower (just a bath tub) and the wi-fi wasn't working ether. The place we stayed had an old bed and rundown floor and thin walls that you could hear everything from next room. Don't book this hotel...reading from other gust comments it happens more then once!"

"The pros; a majority of the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was very good. The cons; I booked a single room as the photos online made the room look rather generous in size but the reality was very different, there was only enough room for a very narrow walkway from the door to the bathroom. The shower leaked terribly so ended up with a huge puddle on the floor after every shower. The toilet seat was broken, it would slide to the side every time i sat down. Minimal natural light through a window that backed onto an apartment block. If you opened the window, there was no privacy and people would be shouting at each other/ dogs barking at all hours. But without the window open there was no ventilation and the smell of dampness/ mould was pretty strong. I checked in late and the night duty staff member seemed very inconvenienced that I’d interrupted his cigarette break when I arrived. I then had to return to reception as the hotel room door wouldn’t open using the electronic key system. On the way back to the room he insisted I must have done it wrong but when we arrived at the door, he realised the door had been deadlocked so it wasn’t anything I was doing wrong at all but he didn’t apologise. The floor was dirty when I checked in, but as it was late and I had been travelling all day and was exhausted I didn’t bother to go back to reception. Avoid if you can"

"Stayed at this place in September 2019. Well to say we were disappointed is an understatement. Downstairs looks nice BUT on the website it states. 24 hour security NO. Mini bar NO. We were in a room on top floor in the attic. Frosted windows No natural light One chair for two people. Two single beds just pushed together. Bathroom very tired. Grout around shower looks dirty. Very small lift to get to room. Basic breakfast. No facilities Could not even get a drink of water during the day unless you went to a bar This was booked for my birthday as a surprise !!! You have to have a mobile with you (make sure you has it charged). The front desk send you a link and you have to use that to open front door. Reception not fully manned Very quiet street if you did not have your mobile not sure where you would have ended up Would not class this as a Hotel only a convenient bed and breakfast"
