"A small a bit dated hotel located at the doorstep of Santa Maria Maggiore, near Cavour metro station and in a walkable distance from Termini station. Clean although a bit small rooms with air condition, free wifi, kettle and fridge. Friendly and helpful staff. A restaurant in the neighbouring building. Breakfasts in the hotel available, but we didn’t try them, there are many local cafes nearby."

"The location is definitely the main selling point of this hotel, making it a really convenient base for exploring. The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxed, and the service was very good, with friendly staff who were happy to recommend places to eat. The reception is staffed 24/7, and you have to hand your key in whenever you leave, which is a nice security feature. The rooms were clean and did the job, but the hotel is quite dated and could definitely do with a refresh, with things like broken lampshades. The cleanliness was good overall, although the **amenities** could be improved, particularly the air conditioning, which didn't work very well and wasn't ideal during the August heatwave. The noise level wasn't an issue for us during our stay. Overall, the hotel offered decent value for what we needed, mainly thanks to its excellent location and friendly service, but it would benefit from some modernisation."

"Absolutely nothing like the photos, plus the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever had to sleep on. There are zero amenities so it’s basically a cot and a bathroom. Photos show an outdoor dining/seating area, balconies on the rooms and plush beds — not the case at all. Way over priced, old, dated and gross. Only upside is how lovely the staff was, otherwise I was completely scammed."
