"The staff are incredibly friendly - Emma on reception was a stand out, with some excellent customer service. Good breakfast with the right amount of food on offer, the way the seating is arranged encourages guests to talk to each other. The hotel offers excursions and even a pack-up breakfast for early check out. The downsides are the interior design - strange colour combinations abound. And despite having a large room, it felt empty as there was a lack of usable furniture or even art on the walls. Super for a short stay, but I’d struggle staying longer than a couple of days."
