"Good location close to transport , very friendly helpful staff . Breakfast quality not high but did the job . Nice vibe as open to the public . Good shower and comfy large bed . Linited storage space for clothes as we were there 5 nights . Main issue was no air conditioning , room on arrival was stifling hot . Was told all air conditioning stops in October . Was offered a fan which helped but needed the window open in order to be comfortable . This meant it was noisy and hard to get a good nights sleep . Air conditioning should be based on how hot it is not time of the year, very strange . When you paying over £200 a night expect to be able to sleep ."

"The air conditioning was not working well. The room was to small. The shower was leaking."

"Convenient location near Termnini Roma with access to transportation throughout Italy. Comfortable room. Mine had a lovely private terrace. Staff were very friendlly and accomodating."
