NH Collection Roma Palazzo Cinquecento

"This is a great hotel, especially its proximity to the Rome train station and walkable eateries. Upon arrival, we had a minor snafu that was completely our fault, but the hotel agents quickly remedied the situation for us, and even extended to us an available upgrade. We had a lovely stay and would certainly recommend this hotel again, even if only for the front desk staff!"

"This was a very clean and comfortable home base in Rome. The rooms were small, but spotless, and the AC worked great, which was much-needed in the 100 degree heat. The front terrace was a lovely spot for breakfast, and the roof bar was a nice place to relax after a long day of walking around the city. The hotel appears to cater to airline personnel. It was about a 15-25 minute walk to all of the major attractions, which would certainly have been easier if it were not so hot- at times it did feel a bit too far, but certainly is a great location for anyone traveling by train."

"We had a wonderful stay at NH Collection Rome! The staff were all very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Daryl at the Front Desk for his kindness and great recommendations on places to visit around Rome. His assistance made exploring the city so much easier and enjoyable. We also felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. The location is excellent, just within walking distance of Roma Termini, making it very convenient to get around. Thank you to the whole team for making our Rome experience truly memorable. Highly recommended! ❤️🇮🇹"
