Hotel Varese

"We were so pleased to have found this hotel. It is ideally located just 5 minutes walk from The Termini. We had a triple room for myself, my husband and our teenage son. Our room was spotlessly clean, with an abundance of towels and toiletries available . Earplugs were also available but we didn’t need them and all slept well. We each had a complimentary bottle of water waiting for us on arrival in our room. When we arrived at the hotel, we were offered juice and biscuits by the very friendly Dominico. He recommended a restaurant just down the road for dinner and let them know we were on our way. This resulted in free starters and a free pudding. The breakfast was excellent- plenty of choice- hot and cold options, fruits, juices, pastries, cakes, yoghurts, cereals and a good choice of hot drinks. The staff were attentive, friendly and efficient and the kitchen staff behind the scenes talented. All food made to order in accordance with your wishes, not buffet style. Our room was tended to whilst we were out in the day and beds made. Couldn’t have wished for more. The only slight negative was that my son’s bed was a bed settee and it has a significant dip in the middle of the mattress, so not ideal, but other than that, this hotel was first class for us."
