Hotel Nord Nuova Roma

"Great location with main Metro and railway station very close,Comfortable rooms we were in RM 480 for three nights.Breakfast is very good ,roof top bar is great which also serves food. The staff are fantastic with some of them clearly long time employees who care about the place.The hotel is ultra clean with comfortable sitting areas at reception. Staff at reception are excellent as was all the rest of the staff."

"Lovely hotel. Everyone friendly. Bed so comfy! Only thing puts me off (not hotels fault) The location is very near termini station but the street when you leave hotel to right and go up the first left is very dodgy at night, drugs being smoked, a lot of homelessness, beggars, very unsafe! Dirty and smelly street!!"

"Hotel is walking distance from Roma Termini, which is a plus. Rooms run small in Italy. We were allowed to leave our luggage, was given a ticket and then we explored around the area. We came back and tried to find our luggage, and no one knew where our luggage had gone to, a gentleman had taken my husband to find it in one room wasn’t there went into another room was in the back of that room very unorganized I think. The room, outlook side street which was fine until the garbage truck came and made so much noise or whenever the bar below us empties all the empty bottles into the garbage can. Breakfast was OK. assortment is ok, a little of everything. Elevator is very small two people and maybe your luggage at a time. The male staff at checkin were nice and social, while the woman who worked the desk has a big chip on her shoulder. She made us feel like we were intruding and a pain because we couldn’t find our luggage which her staff had taken. I tried to void her the rest of the trip."
