EXE International Palace

"Overall, I had a positive stay at the Exe International Palace and would rate it 4 out of 5. The hotel is in a very convenient central location, making it easy to reach Rome’s main attractions and public transport. The staff were polite and helpful, the common areas were pleasant, and the room was generally comfortable and suitable for a short city stay. I only used the hotel for accommodation and did not try the restaurant or other additional services, so my review is mainly based on the room and the overall stay. There were, however, a few issues that should be improved. The air conditioning was not very effective, even when set to maximum. On some occasions, the bed linen did not seem perfectly clean. In addition, a few parts of the bathroom were in poor condition or almost broken, particularly the radiator and the towel holder near the bidet. Despite these points, the overall experience was positive, mainly because of the excellent location, comfortable stay and helpful staff. With better maintenance and more attention to room cleaning, the hotel could easily deserve a full 5-star rating."

"You arrive at a stunning lobby and are met by wonderful friendly reception staff . We were given a spacious suite , very minimalist in style , sharply contrasting the more opulent public areas .It had everything we needed and was super quiet .But the public spaces lacked ambience and could do with some relaxing music ,new sofas ( current ones very old and sunken cushions) and some coffee shop ,or pop up bar . .The current hotel Bar was closed both nights , firstly due to a " private function" and 2nd night due " to renovation" .Staff saw our disappointment so we were given a free bottle of prosecco and a bowl of delicious fruit ...a lovely touch .Only Italian tv channels but did love the Radio Roma channel playing great music ! A beautiful courtyard is currently being restored and will be stunning on it's completion. Great location ! We ate and drank at local restaurants and bars ...due to hotel having nothing much to offer guests...a huge missed opportunity by them ...hopefully our comments prompt a change .."

"I stayed at this hotel during my trip to Rome in May 2026 where I had booked a single room. Unfortunately it was the worst hotel experience I have had so far. The room was so small that it was difficult even to move around. I could hear all the noises from the toilet flushes and shower pipes from the rooms above as well as conversations and the TV from the room next door as if we were sharing the same room. The only positive aspects were the cleanliness & the reception staff who were helpful. Although the location is convenient & close to the historic centre my stay was terrible"
