"The staff makes this hotel truly amazing!
Some hotels are considered "luxury" hotels in Rome—I have previously stayed at the Hotel Artemide—but what really makes a hotel amazing is its staff. The staff at the Dharma Style Hotel are absolutely incredible, and they are the exact reason I chose to come back!
Giuseppe offered amazing advice and suggestions, and possessed a wealth of knowledge. He could answer any question you had about a place you wanted to see, and the bonus was that he always gave you the history behind it.
Beautiful Mira would always ask how your day went and was amazing at securing me a hair wash and blow-out appointment among other helpful things. I loved our little girly chats.
Riccardo was always cheery, welcoming, and had amazing suggestions for places to eat. On my first day, I was experiencing severe jet lag after a very stressful month and desperately needed a relaxing vacation. When I mentioned that the last room I had stayed in during my previous visit was much larger and nicer, Riccardo and Emmanuel were extremely accommodating. They immediately moved me to a room comparable to the one I had the first time. Emmanuel moved all of my bags for me and quickly brought up an iron and ironing board. To make things even better, Riccardo told me he could order dinner from *Cotto for me, which was an absolute Godsend, and Emmanuel brought it straight to my room.

I actually messaged Riccardo via WhatsApp to say, "You are amazing!! Thank you so very much! What would I do without you gentlemen?" He responded, "It is my pleasure to assist you, and I'm always happy to help in any way I can. I look forward to making your stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible." That perfectly sums up their attitude!
The breakfast staff was amazing, too. Michaela and the younger gentleman (whose name I didn't catch) always ensured guests had everything they needed and constantly checked in to make sure everything was okay.
I didn’t even get a chance to use the spa, but the hospitality alone made the trip perfect!
I didn’t see quite as much of Maurizio this time, and there was one night he couldn't snag me a couple of Peronis BOOHOO! Especially because the stores were all closed. He's not Jesus w/the ability to turn water into wine @ 1:00 am. Joking aside, he was great. He completely saved me when a sketchy street vendor was following me and trying to force a conversation.
What more can I say? It may not be the Artemide (4x the price) or the Hotel de Russie,( which is exorbitant price ) the service here is far better, warmer, and more personal. Thank you all so much for everything.
