"My experience at CC Palace Hotel was simply outstanding! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by Stefania, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and made me feel at home from the very first moment. Her service was exceptional and made our stay even more special. The entire hotel staff is amazing, everyone is friendly, caring, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The room is beautiful, extremely comfortable, spotless, and very well maintained. The bed is incredibly comfortable, the towels are soft and of excellent quality, and the shower deserves a special mention, it is simply a dream! After spending the whole day exploring Rome, coming back to the hotel was always a pleasure. The CC Palace Hotel is wonderful in every way. It is rare to find a hotel that combines outstanding facilities with such warm and genuine hospitality. You can truly feel the care and dedication the entire team puts into every detail. This hotel deserves a 10/10, or even 1000/10! I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend CC Palace Hotel to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in Rome. "CC palace was a wonderful experience for my husband and I. We went from 2/28/26 - 3/7/26. It was my husband’s bday and the breakfast staff planned an unexpected surprise for him. I loved it!!! A special thanks to Rogelyn, Adelina, Aura, and Alice. These ladies made his bday and everyday a wonderful experience. They remember your order, so welcoming and friendly every day. The breakfast is also so yum!!!! Lots of choices and everything you will love. I don’t know who was responsible for decorating the room for his bday. There were balloons and petals all over the bed that read happy bday. It was perfect and made it even more special. Thank you to whoever took the time to do that. At the front desk Eloise is simply amazing. She helped with everything and answered all my questions. The location is perfect. I did a lot of traveling by train and it was a 12 min walk to get there. Also close to the colosseum and other attractions. Lots of restaurants, coffee, sweets, and options around. There is a grocery literally right next door. The room has everything you need and sooo clean everyday. If I ever have the opportunity to visit Rome again I would stay here again."
