"Everything in the room felt old and dusty. I requested a queen bed and a high floor but ended up on the third level with two singles that had to be pushed together. There was a makeup or blood stain on the curtain and mystery stains on the toilet mirror. The air conditioning barely worked, and the wardrobe door wouldn’t close. The minibar is chargeable, and when I opened it, it already had sticky stains inside — clearly something had leaked before my stay and wasn’t cleaned properly. The room lighting was odd; one lamp couldn’t be turned off without unplugging it. The TVs aren’t smart TVs (it’s 2025, come on), and the Wi-Fi was spotty at best. The toilet ventilation didn’t work, and the hair dryer was so weak it felt like someone whispering warm air at my hair — seriously, bring your own. Beds were average, and overall, nothing about the stay felt four-star. The only real advantage is the location near Termini Station. Otherwise, I wouldn’t stay here again. TL;DR: Old, tired rooms with multiple maintenance and cleanliness issues. Not worth the price — convenient location, but that’s about it."

"The hotel is a classic elegant hotel with a good location to Termini - central station. Booked a single room and was very tiny with a single bed cramped at the wall with wodden wall covers. Carpet in room which was not too clean and quite dusty. Bathroom was in comparison to bedroom very big. No walking shower but shower in a bath tub. Breakfast selection was ok as it was included in the price. Staff is friendly and helpful. Try the restaurant opposite the hotel. They have nice food if you don’t want to walk too far."

"Pros are the location (walkable from the Termini, and quite central to landmarks in that way). Very good breakfast (hot and cold items) Room was cleaned everyday with change of towels. Neat bath Check out is at 12 Cons are the location being close to the Termini is very busy and has some floating population, so be aware of surroundings."
