Best Western Premier Hotel Royal Santina

"A two minute walk from Roma Termini train station and across the street from the tour buses for the city. Staff was incredibly helpful, friendly and spoke very good English. The room was comfortable, very clean and everything was in working order and a good size for two people to stretch out. Our breakfast was included and the 6:30am - 10am service was very good. It may seem a bit pricey but if you are only staying 1-3 nights very worthwhile."

"This is a very convenient hotel for a few days exploring Rome. A few steps from Termini train and bus stations, access from Fiumicino airport by train couldn’t be easier. The staff are pleasant, multilingual and very cheerful. The buffet breakfast caters for all tastes and the restaurant/breakfast room is airy and spacious. We dined here the night we arrived and the cost (including a bottle of Pino Grigio at 24€) was very reasonable. Room size isn’t huge (we had a twin) but fine for 2 nights when the days are spent out and about. All in all this a very nice, well located hotel and it has been perfect for our stay!"

"From the minute we walked through the door I knew that we had made the right choice of hotel for a weekend in Rome. The front desk staff were welcoming and extremely helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and they could not have been more attentive. This hotel is ideally situated a block away from the Termini train station and Metro. It is so conveniently located for walking to some sights and using public transport. Another bonus is that there is a red bus or Big Bus stop right outside the hotel. The room on the 7th floor had a balcony which was a bonus and the room was a good size with all the modern amenities. The bed was especially comfortable and they even have a pillow menu on offer! The walk-in shower is fantastic and I cannot fault the room at all. We were accommodated on a bed & breakfast basis and although their restaurant is basic the food offering is varied and very good. This is a great hotel to explore Rome and you will not be disappointed."
