Best Western Premier Hotel Royal Santina

"We recently stayed at the Best Western Premier Hotel Royal Santina with our family, and we could not have asked for a better experience! The location is incredibly convenient. Being just a short walk from Termini Station made navigating Rome with kids completely stress-free, giving us easy access to the metro, trains, and airport transfers. Despite being so close to a main transport hub, the hotel area felt safe and welcoming. Our family room was wonderful—exceptionally clean, spacious, and featuring a beautiful, sleek modern design. The beds were incredibly comfortable after long days of walking through the city, and the soundproofing was top-notch, ensuring everyone got a perfect night's sleep. The breakfast buffet was a massive highlight for both adults and kids. The variety was impressive, offering everything from fresh pastries and cakes to savory options, fresh fruit, and excellent coffee. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff. Every single team member we encountered was genuinely warm, professional, and went out of their way to make our family feel welcome. We highly recommend the Hotel Royal Santina to anyone visiting Rome, especially families. We will definitely choose it again for our next Roman holiday!"

"It was the most horrific experience ever, a stay i will come to regret, as i found the overall experience a true nightmare for the lack of accountability by staff to accept responsibility for damaged pants which i have not yet received payment for but other issues including a genuine apology for the entire unsatisfactory experience."

"We had a great time. Staff very helpful and spoke very good English as sadly we don't speak Italian. The breakfast was really good, loads of choice for a continental. We had a late train to catch and asked about luggage at the station, the receptionist said they would take care of our bags free of charge, as the station would be pricey. Overall great staff, very welcoming and clean."
